The progress is changing our lives, of course, but here at the «Chateau Fort de Manavi» we are trying to preserve the old traditions in everything. The preparation of Georgian meals is not an exception — almost all dishes are cooked on wood in traditional clay or copper utensils from fresh, not frozen products. All these products are environmentally friendly.
Fruits and vegetables are cultivated on our homestead and meat is raised on our farm. This is why our dishes on the table have a unique and unforgettable taste.
