A strong alcoholic drink with a distinct grape flavor — is the famous Georgian chacha. Its distillation is carried out from fermented grape extracts. Georgian winemakers reasonably believe that only they have the secret of making this chacha. Indeed it is not easy to obtain alcohol of high strength (55-75+) which is easily and pleasantly drunk without losing its grape aroma.
Georgians never drink without a bite. That is why the distillation of the chacha is completed by the feast and the music — people sing, dance and have fun. The menu on the table is traditional for this case.

There is a secret (mysterious) moment in the business of every Georgian winemaker – the opening of qvevri. After months of waiting and annual excitement – how is my wine? is him comfortable? what’s wrong with him? how will it turn out this year? – the magic happens. The lid of the qvevri is opened and… ..the magic drink is tasted, the real Georgian wine, which turned out in our grandfather’s and great-grandfather’s qvevri. Only men in the company of good friends traditionally open qvevri. This is an event for a winemaker and we invite our guests to take part in this wonderful ritual. We are sure that you will remember him for a long time.
